1. Return Period You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Please make sure to present your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like socks, briefs, and earbuds cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon purchase.
3. How to Return or Exchange Simply visit our store at the Public Plaza, Brgy. Alegria, Murcia, Negros Occidental, or contact us via email at richlylowell@gmail.com. We'll guide you through the return or exchange process and make sure it goes smoothly.
4. Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can fix the issue immediately—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
5. Refunds If your return is approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to reflect.
